- meat and meat products (including canned goods, lard)
- dairy products
- fruits, vegetables, plants, mushrooms
- caviar, baby formula
- alcohol, tobacco products, e-cigarettes
- money, fur, antiques
- large auto parts, industrial machines
- If prohibited content is found: IVANCOM staff have the right to dispose of the shipment or return it to the sender at their expense.
- The weight indicated in the invoice remains unchanged – delivery cost is calculated based on the initial weight.
IMPORTANT!
- Delivery cost is calculated based on volumetric or actual weight, whichever is greater. Keep in mind: excess space in the box can increase the delivery cost, as the weight from the Nova Poshta invoice is used.
- In case of discrepancy, our representative has the right to reweigh the parcel
- IVANCOM does not combine multiple invoices into one parcel

Parcel shipment via InPost is carried out within 2 business days from the departure from Ukraine
IMPORTANT!
- Be sure to notify us in advance if the medicine requires a specific temperature regime and indicate this when filling out the shipping form.
- It is prohibited to send medicines that contain narcotic substances.
- It is prohibited to send contraceptives and medicines for pregnancy termination.
- If the delivery requires a cold chain (temperature control), a service fee of 50 PLN applies.
- If Botox needs to be delivered “chilled”, please make sure to indicate this in the form.
- For products containing mushroom extracts (in any form), the tariff for dietary supplements/vitamins applies, with an additional charge of +5 zł for each item.
- Delivery is carried out to stationary IVANCOM branches in Poland.
- Courier delivery to a specific address is paid separately.
- Delivery time — from 4 business days.
- Minimum service cost — 50 zł for up to 4 medicine units.
- Any item from the “Medicines” category placed in the parcel is charged separately under the “Medicines and injection cosmetics” tariff.
- Shipment takes place after full payment to a Polish or Ukrainian account.
- It is forbidden to send medicines without original packaging or blisters.
