for up to 4 units of products inside one parcel
- Courier door delivery is charged separately.
- Shipment is dispatched after full payment to a Polish or Ukrainian account.
- IVANCOM does not combine several waybills into one parcel.

How to send aesthetic products with IVANCOM
Before shipping, agree on the product list, quantity, temperature conditions, and the preferred receiving method. A manager will calculate the cost and provide instructions for the handover.

1. Approve the list, price, and temperature mode
The manager clarifies the category, quantity, temperature needs, and the receiving method.
2. Pack the products and send them to our warehouse in Ukraine
Prepare the products, pack them tightly into the parcel, and protect fragile glass ampoules.
3. Fill out the form on the IVANCOM website
Leave the details so we know who should receive the parcel and where to deliver it.
4. Track and pay for the shipment online
Receive up-to-date tracking statuses and pay online using the link sent to your email and SMS.
