- price applies to large-size items (equipment, carpet, furniture, etc.)
- for parcels over 30 kg (actual or volumetric weight) +11 zł is added to the total cost
Delivery time from Poland to a Ukrainian branch is up to 5 days from the departure date.
IMPORTANT!
- Every shipment is automatically insured — +1% of the declared value is added.
- Delivery price is calculated based on the larger of two weights: actual or volumetric.
- The tariff table lists precise weight ranges (from–to). If the weight exceeds the range — the parcel moves to the next category. Example: 10.1 kg = 10–15 kg tariff.
- The price already includes delivery within Ukraine to a Nova Poshta locker or branch (via our partners).
- If you choose courier delivery to your address — +17 zł is added per each cargo item.
- If the parcel's value exceeds 1000 zł — an additional fee applies: +10% on the amount exceeding the limit. Example: value 1500 zł → 500 zł x 10% = 50 zł fee + delivery cost.
- If you send several parcels in one shipment — their total value is summed up. If the value exceeds 1000 zł — the +10% fee also applies.
- If the client provides a receipt or we determine the price based on listings from Allegro / OLX / Google / other websites (price of a new identical item), we use 70% of that value for calculations.
