- price does not include insurance fee — +1% of the declared parcel value
- if the parcel length exceeds 120 cm — +10 zł is added to the price
- price applies to bulky, solid shipments (electronics, carpets, furniture, etc.)
- for parcels over 30 kg (actual or volumetric weight), +11 zł is added to the total cost

IMPORTANT!
- Shipments are automatically insured: +1% of the declared value added to the delivery cost.
- The delivery cost is calculated based on the actual or volumetric weight (the higher value is chosen).
- The price table shows specific weight ranges (from – to). If the weight exceeds the limit, the shipment is assigned to the next category. Example: package weight 10.1 kg = range 10–15 kg.
- Prices include domestic delivery in Ukraine to a branch or parcel locker (via our partners – Nova Poshta).
- Door-to-door delivery is paid separately: +17 zł per package.
- For packages over 1000 zł, there is a surcharge: +10% on the excess amount. Example: 1500–1000=500x10%=50 zł (surcharge) + shipping cost.
- The cost of parcels from one sender is summed if shipped in one batch. For a total above 1000 zł, a surcharge of +10% on the excess amount is applied.
- Shipping a set of car license plates costs 100 zł + 1% insurance fee based on the declared value.
